➢ Drakes Landings is currently considering several major hotel chains. The hotel has a total of 120 rooms which occupy both the East & West wing of the resort.
- ➢ There are 3 restaurants and 3 bars in addition to a state of the art luxury spa and fitness center, and man made beach for both guests and residents to enjoy.
- ➢ Residence owners enjoy all hotel amenities and services when at their home, and profit from the rental pool program while away from the resort.
- ➢ The Drakes Landings rental pool program shall comprise 120 hotel rooms in addition to 60 privately owned residences.
- ➢ Our international tour operator guarantees 30% of the Developer's booking capacity on a rolling three year agreement.
- ➢ Travel agencies promoting the resort worldwide account for an additional 30-40% of occupancy.
➢ The full service marina has 95 boat docks which can accommodate boats from 40 feet to 300 feet. Day rates and monthly are available.
➢ Drakes Landing is a premium luxury resort that sits on over 8 acres of beachfront accessible property.
- ➢ Drakes Landing's private residences are full ownership 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms within a 4-star beach resort, including a limited amount of fractional (3-months) ownership units. Each unit has an ocean view.
- ➢ For a limited time, the developer is offering a 10-year lease on a 60 ft boat dock for each unit included into the sales price of watch unit.
➢ Related business income from the resort’s retail tenants, the spa, restaurants and bars and a 25% rental pool from the condotel.
➢ Drakes Landings is located just 35-minutes from the Terrance B. Lettsome Airport and a 45 minute boat ride from ST. Thomas.
